Green tea:  has a high concentration of EGCG and has been widely studied. Pu-erh tea: Considered a black tea, its leaves are pressed into cakes. One animal study showed that animals given pu-erh had less weight gain and reduced LDL cholesterol. This tea also boost’s your metabolism and shrinks fat cells.

Dandelion: this herb is considered to have diuretic properties – often claim to eliminate excess water and so reduce weight.

Fennel: an ingredient that reportedly suppresses appetite – sometimes make claims related to weight loss.

Bilberry: has been known to help balance the blood sugar in your body as well as help by suppressing your appetite, it’s most useful around dinnertime.

Chickweed:  reduces bloating and is a mild diuretic.

Pau D’ Arco: is claimed to strengthen the body’s immune system, especially a weakened immune system.

Senna: is used as a laxative for constipation

Garcinia Cambogia 70% HCA: The HCA in Garcinia Cambogia aids in weight loss by doing two things: It helps to block fat, and it suppresses your appetite.
