Other uses: High blood pressure, catarrh, colon, constipation, coughs, croup, digestion, dyspepsia, gallbladder, gallstones, gout, hemorrhoids, hepatitis, indigestion, insomnia, intestines, jaundice, liver disorders, nerves, pituitary, spleen and worms. Best used in combination with other herbs.

Caution:  Used in excess causes vomiting and diarrhea. Do not use while pregnant or lactating. People with intestinal obstruction should not use this herb.
