Description:  A powerful diuretic. It has been very useful in urinary and liver troubles.

Internal uses:  Neutralizes acids, so it has been beneficial for rheumatism, headaches, nervousness, dropsy, obesity, flatulence, chronic pulmonary catarrh, lack of appetite and deficiency diseases. As it is a powerful diuretic, it should not be used with acute kidney problems. It may be used moderately with chronic kidney disorders. It has also been useful with bronchitis, as a sedative for nervousness and to help restore sexual potency after illness.

CAUTION: Do not use if pregnant, or have kidney infections.
