This literally means “serious muscle-weakness”; from Greek “muscle”, “weakness”, and Latin gravis “serious”; abbreviated MG is a neuromuscular disease leading to fluctuating muscle weakness and fatigability. It is an auto-immune disorder, in which weakness is caused by circulating antibodies that block acetylcholine receptors at the post-synaptic neuromuscular junction, inhibiting the stimulative effect of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. At 200–400 cases per million it is one of the less common auto-immune disorders.-

  • Drink half your weight in ounces daily of pure water with minerals Start every morning with 16 oz. of water with a slice of lemon.     Your body needs to maintain an acid and alkaline balance for optimum health. Most processed foods, such as chips, crackers, candy, and soda are highly acidic. A body that is high in acid draws calcium from the bones, and creates other health problems. Alkaline diet foods create a more healthful environment in the body. Alkaline foods include most fruits, most vegetables, nuts and seeds. Meat, dairy, breads and sugar are high acid foods. Eat a diet with a healthy balance. High alkaline foods can be the main part of a healthy diet, with the balance being fewer of the acid foods. The healthy ph balance that is necessary for good health is 7.35.
